We are delighted to share with you the inspiring career journey of one of our successful employees who has been with ICG Medical for 7.5 years. Akhil started as a member of a pilot project in India and has now moved to the UK as part of our international mobility program.

Akhil has recently joined the Clinical24 Scotland team, which has experienced significant growth and requires additional support. We are proud to have been able to provide assistance with his visa, flights, and accommodation to facilitate this move and expand his skills.

When asking Akhil about a milestone within his career at ICG, this is what he said:
“I was given an area called Lower Midlands, which was carved out for growth. At the time there was only 4 clients, and they were doing 300 hours per week. Within a year, I was able to grow it to a 1600-hour client area, with 6 clients.

Akhil is set to move to Scotland on the 7th of March and join his team who are ready and waiting.
